Utility/Energy Assistance

LIHEAP for Elderly and Disabled: CAASTLC began accepting and processing LIHEAP energy assistance applications for elderly and disabled on October 1, 2011

LIHEAP for all Others: On Tuesday, November 1, 2011, CAASTLC will begin accepting and processing applications for all applicants in addition to elderly and disabled.  We will not make copies of original documents for clients.  We will not have copy machines available for client use.  If you come in to apply, bring copies of supporting documents to submit.  We recommend that you mail in your completed and signed application and copies of supporting documents.

Self –service copies are available at the
following locations at $.10 to $.15 per copy:
