| If
you are going to an Outreach Site for energy assistance, you
must have the following documentation with you to be seen:

Social
security cards for you and all members of your
household. If you do not have social security cards,
you must have something official listing each household
members social security number, such as tax papers,
a print out from the social security office, check stubs,
etc. |
| 2. |
Your
CURRENT disconnection notice or final
bill. |
| 3. |
Proof
of income from the PREVIOUS month. If you are
paid 4 times a month, you need all four check stubs.
If you receive child support you need the stubs from
the previous month. If you receive unemployment you
need the stubs from the previous month. If you or any
member of your home receives social security / TANF
you must have your current award letter stating
your benefit amount. |

All
individuals seeking assistance at an Outreach Site will be seen
on a first come, first served basis. There is only one person
to assist individuals at each Outreach Site so the number of
individuals that can be seen for assistance is limited.
Please remember that
if you are missing any of your documentation we will not be
able to assist you!

LeMay
7545 S. Lindbergh

Office Hours: Monday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Clients are seen on a first come, first serve basis.
Directions: Take I-270 to Lemay Ferry Rd. As you are exiting
at Lemay Ferry Rd, you will go around a small curve and make
a left at the stoplight (White Castle is on the corner). Continue
down Lemay Ferry Rd. until you get to Lindbergh Blvd (Uncle
Bills Pancake House is on the corner). Take a right onto Lindbergh
and to your right will be a small shopping plaza with a Home
Depot in it. We are located in the tall building with the Missouri
Workforce Development sign on it, right next to a travel agency
and Edward Jones.
Bethany-Peace United Church of Christ

Directions: Take
270 north exit at Bellefontaine, head north the church is
located directly across from Country Side Apartments approximately
1 mile from 270/Bellefontaine intersection on the right side
of the Bellefontaine.

Salvation Army - Stratford (Pine Lawn)

Directions: Take I-70 to Exit 242 (Jennings Station Rd.). If you are
going West on I-70, you will need to make a left turn on
to Jennings Station Rd. If you are going East on I-70, you
will need to make a right turn on to Jennings Station Rd.
Continue on Jennings Station Rd. until you reach Statford
(you will see C&K BBQ), turn left onto Strafford. Continue
until you Peyton Lane. Turn onto Peyton Lane. There is a
new apartment complex - Stratford Commons Apartment. Continue
driving straight through the complex until you reach Salvation
Army / YWCA Headstart Building.

Directions: Take I-270 West to West Florissant Rd. Make a left at the
stoplight. Travel two stoplights past the "Clocktower" Dierbergs
Shopping Plaza. Make a right at the second stoplight which,
is Seven Hills Dr. Continue down the street and on your right
will be 4040 Seven Hills Dr. We are located on the bottom floor.

Take I-55 to Exit 214 (Broadway). If you are going south
on I-55, make a left on to Broadway. If you are going north
on 1-55, make a right. Continue down Broadway and Broadway
will automatically turn into Kingston Dr. Continue down Kingston
Dr. until you reach 171 Kingston Dr. Parking is in the front
of the building.

intersection). If you are taking I-70 exit at Lucas & Hunt
and go north then the Buzz Westfall Plaza will be on your
left after you cross over West Florissant. Enter through
the front entrance; Suite 110 will be on your left.
