Education is the first step to recovery from drug or alcohol abuse. CAASTLC’s Drug & Alcohol Education classes focus on legal aspects of chemical usage, disease concepts of alcohol and drug abuse, stress management, and the physiological and psychological consequences of drug and alcohol use. DRUG & ALCOHOL EDUCATION CLASSES
CAASTLC offers a 12-session Anger Management program modeled after a cognitive behavioral approach designed by the US Department of Health and Human Services. These classes provide personal insight into aggressive behavior and give people tools to implement effective methods of addressing and managing anger.
