About Step Up To Leadership Training
Developed by Community Action Agency of St. Louis County and University of Missouri Extension, the curriculum is designed for emerging and experienced professionals and is adaptable for younger audiences.
Training is provided in safe, engaging spaces where participants practice parliamentary procedures, strategic communications, and leadership development techniques while exploring the many facets of Community Action through a national network of more than 1,000 agencies across the country.
Cohort Schedule
12 Weeks
2-Hour Sessions
Tuesdays, 5:30-7:30 P.M.
Tuition
FREE for all income eligible county residents whose household income does not exceed 200% of the federal poverty guidelines; AND who are willing to complete the full 12-weeks and graduate.
Sliding scale fee available for non-income eligible customers.
Light meals provided
$25 per week stipend for childcare and transportation expenses.

Community citizens from:
